Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Clearance items
- Sale items
- Accessories
- Jewelry
- Gift cards
All of these are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your return is approved but the item is now marked down or part of a sale or clearance, the store credit amount will reflect the current sale price, not the original purchase price.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (once approved) for store credit, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Store Credit
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if it’s been approved.
If approved, a store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to your email within 10 business days.
Store credit does not expire and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your store credit, please reach out to us at ninetytwoboutiquee@gmail.com.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
